Data access

You can ask what account data we keep by using Profile > Legal requests > Data access. We confirm your registered phone or email before sending a summary, because wallet and device records are private to your account.

Correction requests

If your name, phone, or email is wrong, send a correction request before making another wallet action. We may ask for the last DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS reference to match the account safely.

Cookie choices

Cookie settings support login continuity, fraud checks, and page measurement. You can clear browser cookies from your own device, but doing so may require a fresh login and another security prompt on your next visit.

Security checks

Account security checks focus on device changes, unusual login timing, and wallet-record mismatches. If we pause access, we explain the account step needed through chat or email instead of asking for public replies.

Wallet records help us answer disputes, trace account activity, and handle legal requests. DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS references are stored as account records and are not shown publicly in the lobby.
